1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Snusy (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important) Snusy is designed to be a tracking tool to help you monitor and reduce your habits. We are not a medical service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information, daily missions, or timeline expectations provided within the App are for motivational and informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or severe withdrawal symptoms.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases The App offers a premium subscription that unlocks advanced features (such as the full 90-day journey content and specific app locks).

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4. Intellectual Property The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Europe Motors OÜ. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or our trademarks in any way.

5. Limitation of Liability We strive to keep the App updated and correct, but we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

6. Changes to These Terms We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
